Manager / Senior Manager (Safety Risk Management)

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is seeking a Safety Risk Management Officer for their Air Navigation Services Safety Division. This role focuses on strengthening safety risk frameworks through systematic identification, assessment, and mitigation. The successful candidate will leverage aviation safety standards and regulatory expertise to drive proactive safety initiatives. This position requires analytical skills to interpret safety performance data and collaborate with operational stakeholders.

• 2-4 years experience in aviation safety, risk management, or air traffic management
• Strong understanding of aviation safety management systems and regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge of Civil Aviation Authority regulations and ICAO standards
• Proficiency in risk assessment tools like bow-tie, fault tree analysis, or HAZOP
• Ability to interpret complex operational and safety data

Nice to have: data analysis software, statistical tools, sms implementation, aviation incident investigation, safety training programme development.
