"Toxic Work Pressure and Abuse at HDFC Bank" "Serious Misconduct and Harassment by Manager – HDFC Bank"
As an elder sister, I am really shocked and angry about what my younger brother is going through in HDFC Bank. He joined as a teller after completing his training at NIIT by paying nearly 2 lakhs, but the treatment he is receiving is unacceptable. His deputy manager keeps scolding him in filthy and unnecessary words every single day. This constant harassment is affecting his health, making him panic and even lose weight. On top of that, she is forcing him to bring daily accounts of ₹25,000, which is completely unrealistic. How can anyone be expected to create new accounts with such high deposits every day? And to make matters worse, sometimes she even uses caste-based abuse, which is absolutely disgusting and illegal. Is this how HDFC Bank treats its employees? This is not professionalism—this is harassment and exploitation. Such toxic behavior from a manager is nothing less than shameful.
