Salary Expectation & Career Growth Advice – Power Platform Developer (2.5 Years Experience)

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some insights regarding salary expectations and career growth. I have 2 years and 6 months of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform, and I'm confident in the following areas: ✅ PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven) ✅ Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows) ✅ SharePoint (Lists, Libraries, Permissions, Site Designs) ✅ SQL Server (Querying, Joins, Views, Basic Stored Procedures) ✅ SharePoint Framework (SPFx) – Custom Web Parts and Extensions ✅ Basic knowledge of Power BI I'm currently evaluating job offers and trying to gauge what a fair salary range would be for someone with my skillset and experience—either in India or globally (remote roles). Looking for a job switch in data, currently at Deloitte with 3 YOE.

I have gained 3 years of experience at Deloitte in SAP BODS. (ETL data migration tool) and have worked on many other modules like Data Migration cockpit, LSMW , LTMC, LTMOM within SAP. Some other data tools I've used are Microsoft Power BI, SQL query language, Excel, and looking forward to a job switch in another company for a data role. I also would love working on other technologies like Microsoft Azure Data tools, Google cloud data platform etc. This is one the main reasons to switch: need exposure on more tools and technology.
