I recently came accross Tracking and Trading system of Deloitte where we have to report each and every financial details of us and family members. Some stocks might be restricted which are advised to sell off. Some brokerage apps are restricted so it is instructed to transfer it to some Deloitte compliance broker. A lot of hassle which I had no idea about. Is this same for all consulting firms like Big 4 , JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, etc?
