Posts mentioning Earnest HR Consultancy
As Ernest Hemingway would have said, 'Gradually, then suddenly '
Day of a fresher
The day begins with me trying to connect with people at the posts i am interested in at organizations i want to work at. 90% of the times people choose not to connect.( That is when i send a personalized invite ) Then i write to the few who connect and a very few of them revert back (5-7%) Most of these are not interested. But a few genuenly try to help And they do try in their earnest but its either the slow nature of big organizations or the skeptisim around hiring an a fresher. I guess this is only happening in the construction industry and i wouldnt wish it to happen to someone.
Time to put an end to this
