Feeling lost after 3 years in Tech
Career Advice Needed Hi guys, I’m looking for some honest guidance from those who've been through tough phases in their careers. I joined UST straight after college. Out of my 2.5 years there, 6 months went into training, and I spent about a year on the bench. I finally got a project, worked for a few months, but then the project ended and everyone was released. A couple of months later, HR asked me to resign—basically a silent layoff. After serving my notice period, I joined a startup in Pune, hoping to turn things around. But it turned out to be a toxic environment with poor culture, no proper hardware or support, and unrealistic expectations. They expected me to perform like a senior developer with very little real experience. Eventually, I was put on a PIP and let go. Now I’m feeling overwhelmed. While I technically have 3 years of experience as a React developer, my actual hands-on exposure has been limited. I’ve lost confidence and I’m unsure of my next step. One thing I do know—I want to focus only on MNCs now. The startup culture just didn’t work for me. If anyone has faced something similar or has advice on how to bounce back, rebuild skills, and re-enter the job market stronger, I’d really appreciate your insights. Thanks in advance. Also if anyone can give me refferal it would be much helpful

I want to know about the company @Capco. Current domain: Data Engg YOE: 4.7 CCTC: 16.4 Offer: 23(fixed)+1 JB Post: Sr Consultant 2 grade M2. I want to know about the company culture,WLB,job security, bench policy. Also,I am a bit confused. The role offered is for a consultant, but the questions were more oriented toward arch. There were no questions on PySpark. The manager said the work is on ETL migration for Barclays using AWS Glue and Spark, but no related questions.Should I take the offer or continue rounds with EPAM,UST,EY?
