TAL's take
Low tier company with a confusing JD where the title (React Native) contradicts the primary responsibilities (server-side logic/database focus).
The title suggests a mobile front-end role, while the responsibilities and requirements focus almost entirely on server-side development and database management.

First team offsite - new grad
Hi folks, I am a new grad and work in remote first company. My team (8-10 people) has an offsite and also booked a resort for it in Bengaluru. I am a new grad with no outing in college or with family as I am kind of poor and this has also made me introvert as well and so I don't have much idea about etiquettes etc and this really freaks me out What should I do / learn before going?
