Must haves
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or enterprise IT security
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and PIM
- Strong understanding of identity-first and Zero Trust security frameworks
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and EDR / XDR platforms
- Experience designing secure Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments
- Ability to overlap at least 3-4 hours with EST working hours
