Scarcity of friends: Be it M or F.

I have 7 friends around in Bangalore from college. But we are like not that besties kind of. We meet occasionally or if something important. But you know I also sometimes feel that empty feeling that I dont have friends to roam around or even in office I dont have many people. I have a group of 6 people with whom lunch, snacks and dinner I go. But they are also like me.. they dont talk much..just mind their business but ya if I have any doubt they are happy to help always. But still when I feel bored I go to game room and play foos ball with people I dont know in office.. that helps me to relax or sometimes talk a bit. So given all this.. its just okay for me... I sometimes feel I also should have like goto friends but sometimes I be like when I myself dont talk much... why to bore them.. lets just enjoy boredom sometimes too. So yeah!! .. zindagi mein zyada stress mat lo guys friends ka or may be female friends ka hota h na dusro ko dekhke.. its just okay. Just ensure you are building yourself and stay grounded and a bit of childish.. I dont think there is any reason ppl wont talk to you.. but haan dont fall into that trap.. he is good looking thats why many are talking to him and this that. Okay hi hain naa.. kyuki bina wajah.. bus appreciate their beauty too.. Zindagi in sab baaton ko sochne mein waste mt kro. Bus khud ko khush rakho.

Do women still live with their husband's parents ("in-laws")

I am a male btw, before the anonymous warriors start thrashing me in comments It's funny to me that the age old ritual of women leaving their home and living with their husband, who in turn live with his parents (sometimes even a sibling) is still prevalent in this society. On being asked, the guys will always say who will take care of my aging parents. Bhai, who will take care of your wife's aging parents? And ladki paida karne mein maa ko kam dard hota h kya jo ladka paida kar ke usse zada sewa ki zarurat hai? Ladies(and even gents who have an opinion on this), how are you navigating this, given it's not like 90s anymore and you are earning as well as independent. Would love to know your perspective. I feel it's a social conditioning since childhood, but many are overcoming it.

Indian bosses are pathetic

I have a boss who has done MBA from IIM and does not know anything about people management. - Does not know what motivated people - Does not care about team's difficulty - Blames team member during challenging time instead of first understanding whether it's the person's fault or not - Would never back team member when they complain about stakeholder's repeated poor collaboration - If he writes any code, he will write it with such lazy attitude, the code written does bare minimum, highly unoptimised, garbage readability and then he will be like zyada ache se nai likha hai but chalega abhi and when any team members does the same then does not tolerate - highly entitled: team works beyond working hours but he will never, constantly complaints about leadership, call work environment toxic while he himself creates toxicity There is gross lack of management skills in Indian bosses and no companies wants to invest in making them better P.S. Pathetically selfish, he never cares about growth of his team members but wants promotion for himself. Stupid ass doesn't even know that leader grows only if team grows.
