Bangalore people covid is spiking, found cases at my office

In Bangalore Covid cases has started to spike again, please wear mask everyone. Yesterday one person age 62, passed away due to Covid. A leading well known MSME book keeping and Peak XV surged backed startup, has active COVID cases in the office and they are doing nothing about it. I asked the HR and the person was clueless. The positive person themself is informing everyone to be cautious. Health of employees is a joke here. Basic courtesy of informing employees is severely missing. Also not sure what Office Admin/HR leaders plan for our safety. These people will have no impact of their health and their families. I’m expected to come to the office though my work doesn’t require to come to office. I was okay with this. But after hearing Covid cases I have started to feel panicking. Also I have isolated myself from my fam and elderly parents. In Q4 the organization said it would be transparent. This is how it is planning to do that? Our health doesn't matter? :/ Only making things public, makes them take action. Is this what I have to do every time I need them to meet basic expectations? If any other company facing this problem? How are you dealing this? Please share ideas to isolate or precautionary measures 🙏

Family vs life

I am 28 yrs female living happily in pune. Found love of my life and so ready to be with him planning my future. On the other hand lots of kalesh going on in my home. Everyday fights between my mom and dad regarding land etc in which other relatives are also involved. I feel the guilt of being happy. Don't know what to do. Don't know how to move on when so much is going on in my home. I am doing financially well for myself and I am able to survive on my own. But whenever I look at my family I wonder what will happen if tomorrow I have a family if my own. Will I go through the same things. Kind of scared of all the humans.
