My Founder is really crazy ☠️

So, I joined a startup called ZuAI a while ago, and I’ve been working pretty closely with our founder, Anubhav bhai. Since November 2024, I’ve barely seen him sleep maybe 2–3 hours a day, max. The ZuAI founders are insanely obsessed with what they’re building. I’ve genuinely never seen anyone work 16–18 hours every day like this, without caring about weekends, time, or even what day it is. We’re building this product out of a 2BHK apartment in HSR. 🫠 At first, I used to think this is just another US-focused product trying to break into a tough market. And honestly, I’ve always felt that building a consumer product is one of the hardest things. But now I’m watching installs grow and revenue moving faster than I ever expected. It still surprises me. To be clear, this post isn’t for hype max, I can write a polished version of this on LinkedIn and get a good response if I wanted to. That’s not the point. I guess I’m just sitting with this thought: am I doing enough? I used to live paycheck to paycheck and do whatever work came my way. But now when I see people this obsessed, it makes me question if I’m really matching that intensity or even on the right path. Mtlab I feel ki yaha se ab success hi mile aise struggle ke baad, and India me aise aur Bhi startups + founders aaye jo US ke liye ship kre.
