Anyone else noticing all the ChatGPT in job applications?
Folks who are hiring for jobs that require ideating or writing, have you noticed the extensive use of ChatGPT in application responses? Once we recieve job applications, we send out 4 simple questions to shortlisted candidates. What surprised us is the over use of ChatGPT in most assignments. And not just for minor tweaking or to add a finishing touch—some answers are clearly generated directly by ChatGPT (one even included this phrase ""As an AI language model, I suggest...""). And this was for an experienced role. How are other recruiters addressing this challenge? And how are applicants making use of ChatGPT in their responses?
Not sure what to do
Hey all, I am a recent MBA passout from one of the top 6 IIMs. After working for an year at a big ecommerce company, I wanted to work on more challenging problems and joined a startup at ideation stage as a PM. Its been a couple of months and now I’m not fully sure about the direction this startup is going towards. It will be a few more months before we exhaust funds and I doubt we will be able to raise more funds. Because of these thoughts, I’m unable to focus on current work as well and feeling anxious all the time. Any suggestions on what I can do?
Looking for a Tech co-founder. Ideating an HR Tech Venture.
Hey guys, I've been a career HR for about 9 years. Worked in large organizations, and a Unicorn startup. Finally transitioned to a CoS role at an early stage, well funded startup. I have the product roadmap and company roadmap laid out in my head, but I have no tech background whatsoever. Right now it is at the idea stage, and I'm conducting primary research. However depending on how conversations go, we can decide how fast we can build this. I come with ample connects within the VC ecosystem, as well as Angels. Please DM me if this interests you, or email me at foundingmember@protonmail.com :) I'm based in Bangalore.
