Manager/Senior Manager (ICT Infrastructure)

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is seeking a manager for their ICT Infrastructure team to lead cloud strategy, implementation, and daily operations. The role involves managing outsourced engineering teams, vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with government security standards. You will be responsible for the availability and resiliency of CAAS cloud systems while advising on new development projects. This is a 3-year contract position with potential for permanent placement.

• 3+ years experience in cloud infrastructure roles
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure implementation and operations
• Experience managing enterprise-scale cloud environments
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
• Track record in project and vendor management

Nice to have: aws certified solutions architect, azure solutions architect expert.
