Suggestions on getting first second-hand bike

I've just been presented an offer to get a 2020 FZ-S Version 3.0 Matte Blue. It has completed 22000 km so far. My most of the commute is to office in Hyderabad Knowledge city, but on alternate weekends I find myself going 100+ kms on either a rented bike (FZ-S, Hunter 350, Hornet 2.0, or RTR 160) or my Sep 2024 Suzuki access 125. I was initially influenced into getting a Hunter 350 as my friend bought a guerilla 450 one month back. It's a great first bike but I didn't like it as it is way too common to see here and there, and I didn't find the vibrations comfortable (probably since it was a rental bike). Not to mention, expensive. My second option was TVS Ronin. Fan of the looks and feel. But I feel like 225cc for a first bike is a bit too much. My aspirations from my first bike is to get comfortable with the tantrums every bike throws. To get to know what it's like to own a bike, which is missing on rentals. I understand this FZ-S is gonna give me problems. Owner is willing to give it to me for 80k. I'm gonna have to get new tyres I'm assuming but I really have no clue to be honest. This is where I want to know more about. A bike that old, driven that far, how much more potential it holds? and what are the immedieate problems it's gonna throw to me. Also, RTO is gonna be a problem I know. Also, Insurance? Also, Servicing? EDIT: The point of mentioning Hunter 350 and Ronin is for reference only. Like what kind of bikes I'm interested in. I'm not planning for a 160+ cc first bike unless it is justified to me. Also, no sports bikes, only cruisers or sports adventures for me.

Moved to Hyderabad recently.been part of 2 accidents

Yeah. Shifted to Hyderabad with my new 2 wheeler. And guess what 2 times got into accidents. I don't really understand if i am a bad driver or is it the other guy.. Incident 1. Was on 2nd lane and had to make a turn to other side of road. But my judgement told me that i won't be able to because of traffic. So i decided to move to 3rd lane and stop. And when there was only a single bike far away in 1st lane near to 2nd lane. Was doing a sort of 45 degree, and the single bike with 2 ppl hit my scooty near foot rest in the 2nd lane. I fucking don't know how. Yeah i had given indicator. Incident 2. After a traffic check point was on 2nd lane mid. A car suddenly shifted from 1 st lane to 2nd lane with indicator and nearly his tail hitting my front. Dodged and got shifted to 3rd lane. Now the indicator off and the guy suddenly shifted to 3rd lane and braked. Boom my scooty hits his back. There was a tata car behind my back horned. I couldn't even recall when he stopped. It was so sudden and the driver was looking to left as if he don't know where be is headed.. Just can't understand whats wrong with me or the ppl are such bad drivers. Pls comment your view.
