Must haves
- 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing implementation role within a SaaS company.
- Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Finance.
- Exposure to finance operations: invoicing, payments, accounting, and revenue recognition.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, billing, subscription management, or Quote-to-Revenue platforms.
- Analytical mindset with ability to map business processes to platform configuration.
- Excellent English communication skills.
