Some bhagwat gita quotes

1. On Duty and Action: "You have a right to perform your prescribed duties, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions. Never consider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activities, nor be attached to inaction." — (Bhagavad Gita 2.47) 2. On Life and Death: "For the soul, there is neither birth nor death. It is unborn, eternal, ever-existing, undying, and primeval. The soul is not slain when the body is slain." — (Bhagavad Gita 2.20) 3. On Self-Mastery: "One who has control over the mind is tranquil in heat and cold, in pleasure and pain, and in honor and dishonor; and is ever steadfast with the Supreme Self." — (Bhagavad Gita 6.7) 4. On Knowledge and Ignorance: "When a person responds to the joys and sorrows of others as if they were his own, he has attained the highest spiritual union." — (Bhagavad Gita 6.32) 5. On Fearlessness and Devotion: "Wherever there is Krishna, the master of yoga, and Arjuna, the supreme archer, there will also surely be fortune, victory, prosperity, and sound morality." — (Bhagavad Gita 18.78)
