Guidance on how to switch
I've been royally scr*w*d over this year in terms of hike. Even with being in Tier 1 rating (typically given to some 5-6 people out of 30+), I got a measly <2% hike. Yea I know it's amusing, I got <2%. Honestly, it's so humiliating when every single one of my peers not in my org and some others in my org and in the same field is already promoted and/or has >20% higher salaries than me. I'm Tier 1 B-School, 2.5+ years experience and into core management consulting and PM. I've been trying to switch for a few months now, but I've not gotten a single call or response to a referral. I'm at a loss. Don't know what to do next. All I know is, I can't stay at this place for any longer. Please share anything that might be helpful for me, personally or professionally.
