Manager (Training Excellence)

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is seeking a manager for the Singapore Aviation Academy to spearhead digital learning initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing and managing learning technologies, conducting research on educational trends, and collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance instructional effectiveness. The role requires experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools like Articulate and iSpring. Successful candidates will focus on optimizing the learning experience for aviation professionals through data-driven digital solutions.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training or educational technology role
• Proven track record in implementing and managing digital learning technologies
• Proficiency in content authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, iSpring) and Learning Management Systems
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have: certification in educational technology, instructional design.
