The role involves managing the full M&A lifecycle, including market assessments, commercial due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning. Candidates must possess deep expertise in healthcare payer/provider models and a proven ability to provide strategic insights for executive stakeholders. The position is based across multiple major Indian hubs and focuses on driving high-impact strategic advisory work.

• Deep expertise in U.S./Middle East healthcare industry
• Experience across M&A lifecycle including market scans and due diligence
• Ability to assess healthcare-specific deal opportunities
• Background in developing financial and strategic models
• Hands-on experience with post-merger integration design
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
