Rate my salary and level
4.5 YOE at mid level startup SDE 2 20LPA Thinking hard of switching if I don't get a significant raise or an uplevel in this revision. What is making it worse is I'm significantly underpaid compared to my colleagues. Looking for opinions.
Where to switch?
5 yoe(1.5 at G). Currently L4 at google roughly 80LPA. Boring ass work, no technical complexity. L4 to L6 sde's seem to just kiss ass of each other. Promo will be purely beuracratic and that too of no benefit heard internal promoted L5's are making 95-98lpa. With significant increase in expectations. In a GCP product and have no interest in it. What companies can I go to? Looking for an uplevel strong skills in distributed computing. Money is a primary factor looking for atleast 1.1+. Remote would be most ideal
