Planning to invest in a start up
I'm planning to invest in a start up, around 5L for a start. Any good options? Need a start up with a robust environment and solving an actual world problem.
Planning to Switch to Product based company
I work in one of Big 4 companies as a front-end developer. I am currently learning the backend as my project doesn't have any FE work. There are lots of politics now in my team as compared to the previous year, i was denied a well-deserved promotion for some weird reasons, and the hike was low too. Decided to do bare minimum work now and focus on studying for switch. Could anyone please help on how to get started on preparation for DSA and what other things to focus on to secure a product based company? YOE -6 Skills - PHP, React JS, JAVA. Have working experience on Automation testing as well.
Planning to change the role from .NET developer to Business analyst
I have been working as a .NET developer in various companies for 10 years and currently with TCS. My skill sets are C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET with SQL background. Most of the companies I worked with are MNCs due to which I got a chance to work only in legacy applications, a kind of support work. Facing a hard time to switch because of the technology growth in the market, wherever I apply, getting rejected due to the lack of new technology skills like .NET core, Angular, Azure, web services and the list goes on. To be honest, I am really not good at coding from the beginning, however I try to manage the work and perform well. I don't want to see myself struggling with coding anymore and being a father with kids, it's really tough to learn all new technology now. In my experience, I have noticed that I am good at customer handling, able to set clear expectations and work towards the goal. My wife works as a Business analyst and she cracked a couple of interviews with just a process and pure English, there are no technical related questions. I felt like BA is my kind of role where I can do well. Is it good to switch as a BA, will there be a scope in future ?. Kindly provide your valuable suggestions.
