Join hunting in probation
I have recently joined a company in Mumbai that is a good company but has work mode WFO and 6 months probation I have no issues working from office but I have to travel daily during peak hours both while coming and while going back in the infamous and overcrowded virar local. So far in my 5 years career I have worked at TCs and even onsite deputations which was mostly remote and sometimes hybrid but now here it's completely work from office because of which I am getting depressed day by day and it has started to affect my health as well. I am appearing for interviews but I am worried what should I do once I am able to land and offer, how can I get myself out of this situation.
