Learning Analyst I, SIT Teaching and Learning Academy

The Learning Analyst at the SIT Teaching and Learning Academy will manage and execute institutional and pedagogical research projects. Responsibilities include designing data collection, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, and providing evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders. The role requires significant expertise in research methodologies, project administration, and statistical tools like SPSS. Candidates will contribute to educational strategy and support grant application efforts within a higher education context.

• 6 years of relevant work experience
• Project administration and research project management
• Advisory skills in research methodologies and study direction
• Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative research
• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools
• Data storytelling skills
• Experience managing commissioned research grants

Nice to have: higher education research experience.
