Senior Engineer - Inspection

LIXIL is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer in Gurugram to manage inspection processes for ceramic sanitaryware products. The role involves overseeing daily KPIs, ensuring safety compliance (HIRA/JHA), managing shift operations, and driving process improvements through Kaizen and TPM. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in sanitaryware inspection or quality control. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and delivery standards.

• 2+ years experience in ceramic sanitary ware inspection or quality control
• Knowledge of inspection and sanitaryware processes
• Knowledge of aesthetic, functional, and dimensional standards
• Statistical analysis and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures including HIRA and JHA
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in ceramic technology or related
