The role involves defining folder standards, implementing access controls, managing security integrations, and supporting large-scale content migrations. This is a hands-on, project-based position working closely with architects and internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The successful candidate will drive technical solutions while maintaining compliance and security standards in a global IT environment.

• Manage Box enterprise settings and user provisioning
• Define folder architecture and information classification standards
• Implement governance for external collaboration and access controls
• Manage integrations with SSO, IdP, MDM, and DLP tools
• Support large migrations and ensure metadata integrity
