Need guidance..
I joined the company as a campus hire and received training in .NET and Angular at the Mahape campus. Currently, I am part of a project where I handle L2 support and work on enhancement features using.NET and Angular. The solution architect has also entrusted me with feature deployments. I'm currently building my Azure skills and plan to appear for the AZ-204 certification by the end of this year. My total experience so far is 1 year and 4 months (including 3 months of training, 1 month in the account pool, and 1 year in the current project). My current package is ₹4 LPA, which is the lowest among my training batchmates (others joined at ₹5 LPA and ₹6.5 LPA). Despite being appreciated during my review meeting for quickly adapting, taking ownership, and delivering tasks ahead of deadlines, I was given a 2-star rating out of 4. This felt disheartening and has made me doubt if I will be promoted to P2. It seems that while the team expects me to be more committed to their work, they aren't equally invested in my growth. I would really appreciate your guidance on what steps I can take over the next year to significantly boost my salary and career growth.
Car Advise - Petrol AMT
Can you please suggest a petrol AMT car under 14L (on road in b'luru). Looking for basic features mostly with 5 star NCAP and without sunroof. Cruise drive mode is a plus. I have been trying nexon creative, Kylaq and will be looking at magnite too. Folks who have been driving diesel cars, which one would you still prefer, petrol or diesel? Thanks.

Looking to plan a week long trip to some northeast states with family ( parents and sibling ). I need some input from people here, ideally who have already been there. - must visit states and places - rough estimate of budget per person excluding flight - stay recommendations in these places (3 star hotels or airbnbs) - any package tour providers that you recommend - things to avoid or be aware of Thanks!
