TAL's take
Solid mid-tier IT services role requiring experienced Java full-stack skills, though lacks specific details on the AI components mentioned in the title.
The role clearly defines a Java/Spring and frontend stack, though it is slightly generic in its 'AI' branding which is not clearly reflected in the core technical requirements.
Must haves
- 8+ years of experience in Java 8+ and Spring Boot
- Experience with React or Angular
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and system design
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Tools and skills
Nice to have: jenkins, docker, kubernetes.
About the company

PwC offer – need advice
Hi everyone, I’m currently working at Idexcel Technologies (₹7 LPA fixed) and have been here for about 3 months. I’ve received an offer from PwC (₹11 LPA fixed) and wanted some honest insights before making a decision. Any advice or experiences would be really appreciated. Thanks!
PwC AC Offer - Need Suggestions
Hello everyone, I’m a Full Stack Engineer (Node.js + React) with around 3.9 years of experience, currently working at Idexcel Technologies. I joined around 3 months ago and my current compensation is 7 LPA fixed + 1 LPA variable. I’ve received an offer from PwC AC for an Associate 2 role with a package of 11 LPA, and it feels a bit low for the experience and skill set I bring. I’m actively targeting top product-based companies and have a solid grasp of DSA and System Design, but I’m currently struggling with shortlisting. Given this context, I’m confused whether accepting PwC AC makes sense as a stepping stone, or if it’s better to stay put and continue pushing for product-based roles. Seeking suggestions on whether to make this move, and insights from those with PwC AC experience.
