Must haves
- 8-10 years of hands-on Day 2 operations experience

- Strong technical troubleshooting skills for logs and metrics
- Experience managing SLA/SLO compliance and incident management
- Understanding of product management and full product lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps/SRE practices
