I have 2 offers AVP (Test Automation Engineer Payments Domain) at Barclays - 38.9 LPA fixed Senior SDET at Modulr Finance - 47 LPA fixed + 1 LPA retention bonus Requested Barclays to consider an offer revision but do they consider revision after acceptance?I’m stuck in WLB vs cash dilemma. I have good technical expertise and my long term goal is to get a good package, work life stability, product based companies, working in emerging tech, but with less stress. The package in Modulr is high but reviews say stressful work culture. While Barclays gives the brand name and WLB, the compensation is quite low compared to Modulr and market. Please suggest a better option for a good career.
