All I had to know was what I want, some Figma skills and how to write prompts. Copywriting was the most of a marketer. If a machine can also do that, then where do we build our MOAT. What's your views on Magnit work culture?
My personal feeling is that company existing workforce is extremely protective of whatever they are working on and a difficult to work with. Very unaware of newer technologies.
