Looking for referrals – Energy Transition / Advisory Consulting Roles
Hi all, I’m currently exploring opportunities in the Big 4 (Deloitte, EY, KPMG) as well as firms like EYP, Wood Mackenzie, Arup, BCG, and other consulting outfits focused on energy transition, sustainability, and new energy technologies. Specifically looking at research/advisory consulting roles in areas such as green hydrogen, CCUS, renewables, and broader decarbonization strategies. If anyone here is aware of relevant openings or could help with a referral, I’d really appreciate it. Happy to connect further over DM. Thanks in advance!
How is career has a energy analyst ?
I am a pre final year engineering student, I recently found out energy analyst job in companies like rystad energy ,wood Mackenzie. Here the job of a analyst is to track markets , policy changes in different countries, investments etc... As someone who has interest in everything and want to work on big things , this job seems interesting and it pays decent. I want to know am I missing something here because nobody is eager for these jobs, these are not the most sought after jobs in campus placement and I don't see any premiere college students working in these companies except SRCC . My plan is to do MBA after 2 years so I assumed this work experience is going to be valuable and help me get get into management consulting or investment management and related roles . Or is there any other job which I am not aware of except product manager ?
