Stuck in my Founder’s Office Career

Hey everyone, I’ll quick come to the point - I AM HERE FOR ADVICE! To give you some context - I am a 27 year old working in Founder’s Office of an early stage start up. This is probably my third stint (All zero to one). Growth, strategy and operations have been my expertise for all the work I’ve done till now (5 YOE) At this point of time, I feel like I want to switch from startups to an MNC / a much more organised startup. I am stuck at 16 LPA What are the kind of roles that I can explore in big orgs? Is there any way to go about these?

Looking for Mentor

Graduating in 2025, and not many firms I’d like to work with are hiring from my campus. I just wrapped up an internship with a streaming giant’s product team (no news on PPO yet). I’m looking for Founder’s Office/Product Growth roles, but there aren’t many opportunities for new grads, and cold emails and DMs feel too saturated. How should I proceed? I’ve interned with two firms: Streaming Giant (6months): Primarily worked on data and analytics for the discovery and personalization leadership team but had the freedom to explore content strategy. Highlight: brainstormed and tested a new retention metric that’s now being adopted company-wide. Involved in A/B launches, DAU management, and automated reporting for the business teams (unattended before). Seed Stage Startup (10 months): As a founding hire, I worked on market research, wireframing, road mapping, brand identity, and positioning. I launched the beta product with decent revenue, managed post-launch operations and strategy, and focused on improvement and marketing after the beta launch. Also managed a team and vendors during development. I’m looking for similar roles, ideally at seed or growth-stage companies. Mainly, I want mentorship and a clear career trajectory.
