Weight lifting
Hey peeps I have recently started lifting weights - deadlifts, press, sumo deadlifts & gradually increasing the weights & reps. Only now my knees hurt after the workouts. I am not using a belt as yet but back is ok. If you all lift weights & have reccos for a tried & tested knee caps / knee support do ping in comments.
