Looking for Job in HR Field.
Looking for new opportunities in the HR field! I have 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. Currently, I am working at Accenture, where I have been part of the team for over 3 years. I am now seeking a new role where I can continue to grow and contribute to a dynamic organization. If you know of any opportunities or have any leads, I would appreciate your support! Thank you in advance!
Career gap in IT
There are so many profiles I have seen with many career gaps and this shift is very normal now given people personal priorities. But why do the Talent acquisition judges the shit out of the candidate just because he/she took 2-6 months break or was laid off or could be any personal reason. Can't the person has a right to breathe in his life lol. Have you came across this judgement especially in non tech role in IT product?
