Senior Director – IP Development

Altera is seeking a Senior Director of IP Development to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in building and configuring FPGA IP blocks. The role involves managing design engineers across development phases, contributing to configuration software, and collaborating on FPGA silicon solutions. Candidates must possess strong scripting and programming skills, alongside deep knowledge of FPGA architecture and digital design. This position is currently remote with plans for future onsite operations in India.

• B.Tech/M.Tech/M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Experience in scripting languages and/or software programming.
• Understanding of FPGA architecture and digital design concepts.
• Familiarity with Linux development environments.
• Ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to have: fpga development tools, quartus, verilog, vhdl, git.
