Collaboration Specialist (O365/SharePoint/AvePoint)

Kyndryl is seeking an infrastructure specialist to manage and evolve mission-critical collaboration systems, specifically focusing on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role involves hands-on project work, including system analysis, integration, and remediation of SharePoint and AvePoint environments. The candidate will act as a technical escalation point and lead incident resolution and strategic infrastructure planning for enterprise clients. This is a hybrid-friendly role offering significant opportunities for professional growth and certification.

• 6+ years hands-on experience in M365 collaboration platforms
• Deep expertise in SharePoint Online and AvePoint
• Experience in hybrid environments administration of Exchange, OneDrive, MS Teams
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and EntraID
• Ability to plan, document, and execute infrastructure project work

Nice to have: microsoft purview, sensitivity labels, dlp, ediscovery, windows server administration, quest, binary tree.
