Executive Officer, Learning Operations (Systems)

The Executive Officer for Learning Operations will manage day-to-day administration of learning systems at Singapore Pools. Key responsibilities include system housekeeping, data management, reporting, and implementing automation using Microsoft tools to improve productivity. The role requires a strong focus on operational efficiency and stakeholder support within the learning department. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and technical proficiency with core Microsoft applications.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organisational skills
• Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy

Nice to have: lms platforms, microsoft power platform, power automate, power apps.
