Anybody who went from being non vegetarian to vegetarian or vegan?
How did you do it? Want to do the transformation, mainly because I only started eating meat as an adult. It tastes fucking amazing, but now I feel I'm over it, and at least for 95% of the meals I should avoid it (I feel it creates extra load on my digestive system) Please give your tips folks.
