Does Success Make You Humble?
Not sure if anyone is successful enough to answer this question but still would really like to know what you folks think about it. I know Success is a relative term. Here I am talking about that success when you are the absolute best in your field! Whatever you do, you are firmly sitting at the top. Do you think this level of success makes a person humble? It comes with endless supply of money and fame. One which you can only imagine in dreams and is achieved by a handful. What more is left once you achieve that? What are the challenges? What are the priorities now? How do they change given the fact that you don’t have to worry about the money factor at all. The only priority which I have seen is family! Isn’t it surprising how everything eventually boils down to us and our loved ones? Is there something which is more important than our family?
Survey triggers for customer care executives
Hi Gyaniyo, Not giving any extra or too much information but just trying to highlight the most neglected part of service industry which is none other than customer service industry..... It's a really shocking thing to see that ppl when they don't get or get what they were looking for they take out their frustration on the survey triggers. It's a humble request with the ppl no matter what service or what product or what issue you are facing don't be under the impression that if we give dissatisfied survey the company would call to check up on you it's just a score to understand how the executive was able to handle the conversation THAT'S IT... So to conclude my information don't give a negative survey at any given point of time because it may affect that executive's incentive, his performance his life also. So please take a minute give at least somewhat satisfied to the executive it may help them with progression in their personal and professional life ..
Tech vs Tech-Enabled Startups
What, in your view, is the difference between tech startups and tech-enabled startups? For example, in my humble opinion, Swiggy, Zomato, CRED, and PayTM are tech-enabled startups. I can name only a few Indian tech startups, such as InMobi and Ather. (There may be more, It’s just i don’t know). This also suggests that India's startup scene is dominated by tech-enabled startups. In contrast, Amazon may have started as a tech-enabled e-commerce company, but it is now a fully-fledged tech company. They ship software, technologies, etc. Why isn't it the case with India's tech-enabled startups? Additionally, I would like to know how difficult it is to secure venture capital (VC) funding for tech startups.
