The tide is turning
This is anecdotal but just wanted to highlight my observation that the recruitment is getting harder in general and multiple companies fighting for same good candidates. It's really nice to see green shoots considering how hard 2023 has been. The companies still laying off in 2024 are either doing recruitment in India or small startups that are anyway not going to last this entire year. Majority of the recruitment is being driven by captive centers being setup by startups from Europe and US. Good luck folks. Make sure you ask for higher numbers.
