General advice for everyone here
I think this is a general advice and may not be applicable for ALL cases - but it definitely helps with clarity on a lot of things. If you feel "doubtful" about something, the answer is generally no. It always is. Treat life that way and you'll have a clarity on a lot of things.
Hikes in general
We got to know hikes today in deloitte and I heard from one of my friend in Accenture that they haven't got single hike in last 2 years. Is that true? Which companies are not giving hike at all? Any idea I felt so bad after hearing about this. At least we got single digit.
