Morgan Stanley is hiring a VP for their Analytics & Data organization in Mumbai to lead machine learning and Gen AI initiatives within the Wealth Management division. The role functions as a player-coach, responsible for building end-to-end ML solutions, operationalizing models, and coordinating with risk and technology partners. Candidates must possess significant experience in ML algorithms, proficiency in Python or C++, and strong stakeholder management skills. This position involves managing associates and driving data-driven decision-making across WM business lines.

• 5+ years professional experience in machine learning
• Proficiency in Python or C++
• Knowledge of classification, regression, recommender systems, clustering, and deep learning
• Experience with code versioning systems and experiment tracking
• Ability to work in a collaborative style with cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
