Thinking of starting a Patties/Puff Stall on weekends in HSR Layout

This is basically a Customized Patties/Puff filled with some sauces, onion and bhujia. Has anyone tried anything like these before. This is mostly famous in some parts of rajasthan like Kota, Jaipur, Alwar, Bharatpur, etc. Would you be interested in having this?

Sam's story (32M)

5 may 2026 We planned to go nearby temple a week ago. Morning I woke up at 5.30 am and started my routine activities so tried to wake my wife. I got fresh up, had tea and again tried to wake her around 6.30 am but she "sote nhi ho aur dhang se dusro ko bhi sone nhi dete" then pulled blanket went back to sleep I tried explaining her about our plans and finally she woke up at 7.30 then for fresh up and all it was 8.30 am. My mom asked her to help in kitchen (daily mom ask her) now the time is 9.30 am I asked her get ready fast or it will be sunny and crowded. She "tumhari ma toh ek ke baad ek kaam bol rhi h kab ready ho jau" Me: "that's why I was waking up early. You should plan everything and manage" She: "chup ho ja. Tera jesa kon raat m uthna mere se nhi hoga" (5.30 am is raat she saying. I regularly wakeup around 6. Today we were going temple so I woke up 5.30) (She got ready at 11 am) She was wearing big earrings and bit more red lipstick. Me: ye kya lipstick lagaya hai itna jyada kyu. Aur ye earrings bhi koi simple wala lagao She: mujhe yahi achcha lagta h (with angry voice and starring at me) Me: hume bus m jana h and we have to go to bus stand by walk yaha log kya sochenge. She: tu dusre k bare m mat bol. Hume jo acha lagta h vo pehna hota hai (anger tone) Me: theek hai this time. Next time se mat karo ye sab. Ab chalo (We went temple then while returning I saw a women same age and look as my wife. She was in saree and covering her shoulder with pallu. I said "look at her she is rich but how simple and traditional she looks. You look better than her in this attire but you choosing this (sleeveless casual) She: why are you looking at her. Tu usko kyu dekh rha h? Ye dekho vo dekho tu dusro jesa h kya? M kuch pucha to dusre log jesa kab karta h? Me: okay, okay sorry.. (We were purchasing toy for cousins kid. She had called her family her sister wanted scarfs they were discussing on video call. I waited side then after a while I just started walking nearby stall looking at it. She finished call and started shouting at me) She: oye kaha ja raha h. Rukta nhi, kuch dikhata nhi. Ye karna h toh aya kyu yaha? Me: m kaha ja rha hu. Yahi pe hu na. Lo lelo jo chahiye. (She went to shop but didn't find anything interesting so we returned. While returning few groups were walking towards temple and couples holding their hands) Me: she those newly married couples how holding hands. It looks so nice. (I always wished she would hold my hands in public but she never. I don't want to ask. I am expecting herself to put her arm around my hand and walk with me. But sometimes she says she doesn't like me so I don't want to force her) She: fir tera suru ho gaya. Kyu dusro ko dekta rhta h? Apna kam kr na. Mere taraf aja chal ye icecream dila yaha bahut garmi h. Paani bottle 1 lele. (While leaving from home I asked her to take small bag, water bottle, sugar, coconut etc for temple but she refused "mujhe acha nhi lagta. Mera hath free hona h") While returning we were waiting at busstand for Bus. She: I need some basic stuff will go out evening Me: jo chahiye abhi lelo. Yahi pe fir se kyu ana? (We have to go 2-3 km from Village to buy) She: I want to eat something like paani Puri, noodles etc Me: no you can't eat that. Eat home food. She: nhi mujhe bahar ka chahiye Me: kya hua? She: I don't like home food. Me: 1-2 din upavaas karo sab theek hoga. Khana bhi achha lagega. (She got angry. 10 days ago I took her on wedding anniversary. 5 days ago I brought vada pao and bonda. 3 day ago mom made onion pakoda, 1 day ago she prepared idli. These are something new for us. Still she wants outside food.) Now she is not talking to me nor my parents, she didn't had lunch today afternoon dad called her name, mom called out her name I called multiple times but she didn't respond and she is laying on bed, crying. I went to her asking her to come, I requested her, I asked her sorry. ( No response from her) Me: if you behaving like this I will have to tell your dad and your brother. She: (still crying. No words) Should I inform her parents? I can't take her every now and then out. She is not eating properly home food she eats chips kurkure like lots. I can't keep spending on these..
