Asst. Manager, Projects & Contracts Management

• Degree in Building, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or Quantity Surveying
• 5-7 years in project management, contract management, or facilities management
• Experience managing A&A projects
• Experience preparing tender documentation for building services contracts
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards for commercial buildings
