How much percentage hike should I ask for role change/promotion?
Principal Engineer with 13yoe. I have been assured of a promotion in July by my manager to Technologist position. That is, if they don't stop hikes and promotions for the whole company. Current TC: 40L fixed + 10L bonus + stocks Domain: Computer Vision + ML I feel like my current TC is average to lower average for a product based MNC.
