My story : After coming to the bench I tried the next day.. I have pinged so many times to my bench Manager for the project.. In the first month I Requested lots of time to provide me a chance.. Then after I started learning new technology.. I contacted about 200+ people and Requested to provide me opportunities even I have cleared internal interviews. But they don't have a human heart in a month I Requested to my practise lead provide me with an opportunity they provided testing.. Even I am a developer I accept this also. I gave 4 interviews cleared 3 interviews but my practise lead decided First one the testing project . I got tagged , even I got mail and intro call done, even my mail id was created from the client side at the last moment they replaced me with their location girl in the last 3 days remaining.. I Requested hard to my bench Manager and practise lead not to replace me at the last moment but they don't have a human heart.. They said meri marzi.. Muje jisko rakhna hai rakhuga.. The reason they decided not to come to the office in August and oct. Month.. In last day I tried to contact HR and Requested to arrange the call but all were the same.

Should I Switch?

Hi Grapes, I'm having 4.2 YOE in IT in total including 3.7 years in field of Data Engineering. Company A (9 Months) Company B (3 years) Company C (current company with 7 months as of now) The projects in my current company are all short projects and project tagging is based on irrelevant skills. Even irrelevant skills needs time to learn but as the projects are short, they push to complete the work and marking us incompetent to do work, without understanding new skills even need time. In short, mismanagement, pressurizing leadership, and no proper facilities in the company. Should I switch? I don't want to get labelled by HRs that I'm a person doing frequent switches. Need guidance.
