Must haves
- 5-10+ years hands-on experience with epoxy materials and adhesive processes

- Deep knowledge of epoxy chemistry, curing mechanisms, fillers, and modifiers
- Experience with optical alignment-sensitive assemblies
- Ability to analyze failure modes and drive data-based decisions
Tools and skills
