Solid role at a well-backed proptech startup with clear responsibilities, though limited in technical depth due to the sales-focused nature.

Early-stage startup backed by marquee investors like Y-Combinator, but lacks the scale or brand presence of Tier 1 global/India unicorns.

What's the growth curve after becoming a creative director?
I am 32 and I've been in advertising for the past 6 odd years (used to work in finance before that). I recently became a CD and honestly I couldn't understand what the growth curve from here looks like. Do most people pivot to the brand side? Is it necessary to get a marketing MBA to grow? Does one's career roughly plateau around CD/Sr CD levels if they don't have IVY league MBA's.
