I’m overindexed on equities - is real estate a viable hedge?

Hey Viners, I’m 30M, Single. My current portfolio is 1Cr. With 90% in equity (stocks + mutual funds) and 5% debt and 5% metals (gold and silver etf) Recently I’ve been reading about how it’s a very real likelihood of a global stock market correction because of the following factors: 1. Post covid money printing- most countries have been printing money to spur economic growth. But a lot of that money has gone into stock markets 2. Unserviceable Debt - Globally 300T dollar loan by countries against 100T GDP 3. AI Bubble - fomo driven funding by retail and institutional investors. Most companies are extremely overvalued (100x PE) I am considering investing at least 20-30% in real estate, but 20Lakhs is a fairly small ticket size in real estate. Looking for advice to navigate this.
