Information Security Architect, CSIRT (Incident Manager)

Salesforce is seeking an Incident Manager to join its Cyber Security Operations Center in a high-impact role. You will act as an incident commander for cyber security events, leading response strategy and executive communication across commercial and govcloud environments. The role requires extensive experience in incident response, risk management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams under pressure. You will also drive process improvements, mentor staff, and contribute to security uplift projects.

• 5+ years relevant experience in security operations, incident management or risk management
• Experience leading complex critical cyber security incidents in large-scale environments
• Broad knowledge of security best practices and the incident response lifecycle
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to build relationships
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and think critically
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project management skills to drive cross-team projects
